Bespoke Service
We offer a bespoke service to ensure our linear vibrators complement the machinery and equipment they are intended for. We can advise on the most suitable linear vibrator drive unit in our range and marry it up to your feeder system of need such as, trays and sieves in the specification you require.
1. Consultation
Speak with an experienced engineer to establish your needs. Estimation of cost and timescales will then be provided.
2. Design brief
Linear vibrator needs considered to develop a bespoke machinery specification.
3. Specification
Bespoke specification (based on V0.5, V1 or V2) produced, to detail associated machinery specification, such as fixing positions.
4. Approval
Your bespoke specification reviewed and where applicable amended or approved. Then the order can be finalised.
5. Production
Once your bespoke specification has been approved, the timescale for production will be set. At this point, production begins.
6. Completion
At the final stage, production is completed. Delivery or collection of your bespoke linear vibrator unit(s) is then arranged.
